Built for one city

A Frisco cleaning company, not a franchise passing through

Cleaning is a logistics business as much as a cleaning one. Working a single city keeps the drives short, the schedule keepable, and the team familiar with the housing here — the newer builds north of Eldorado, the established streets around Stonebriar, the townhomes near Frisco Square.

None of that is glamorous. All of it shows up in whether your clean happens on time.

Before & after

The same kitchen, one visit apart

This is a real family kitchen, photographed from the same spot before and after a clean. Nothing was replaced or restyled — the counters were cleared and cleaned, the appliances degreased and polished, and the floor taken back to the edges.

It is the ordinary version of what a visit does. No dramatic claims attached.

How we work

The standards behind every visit

A good clean is mostly method. These are the rules the team works to, in every home, every time — and the reason two different visits produce the same result.
Top-down, always
High surfaces before low ones, dry work before wet work, floors last. Reversing that order just moves dust from the shelf to the floor you already cleaned.
Edges count
Floor perimeters, the corner behind the door, the toilet base, the strip of counter behind the coffee maker. The middle of a room is the easy part.
Clean cloths, separated
Cloths are color-separated by area and swapped as they load up. Nothing that has been round a bathroom goes near a kitchen counter.
We tell you the truth
Etched stone, worn grout, scratched glass and heat damage will not clean out. We would rather tell you what is damage and what is dirt than leave you wondering.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them are complicated

  1. 01

    Tell us about the home

Bedrooms, bathrooms, the condition it is in now and what is bothering you most. That is enough to work out which service actually fits — and we will say so if a smaller one will do.

  2. 02

    Agree the visit

You get the scope and the schedule confirmed before anything is booked. No mid-clean renegotiation, and no service you did not ask for appearing on the day.

  3. 03

    We clean, you check

The team works the agreed route and finishes with a walk-through. Anything not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back to it.

Who turns up

Cleaners in uniform, not strangers in your hallway

Letting people into your home is the part that actually matters. Every cleaner is background-checked before they work in a client home, arrives in Hygiene Maids uniform, and knows your preferences before they walk in — the surface that needs a particular product, the room to leave alone, the dog who needs a closed door.

Wherever the schedule allows, the same team comes back. It is faster, and it is a lot more comfortable for everyone.

Where we work

Frisco.

Frisco is the home market, and it is where most of our week goes — across Collin County and Denton County, from the established neighborhoods to the developments still filling in.

Full Frisco service area

And the communities right around it

  • The ColonyDirectly south-west, along the lake side of the Tollway.
  • Little ElmNorth-west, past Eldorado Parkway.
  • ProsperImmediately north, along the Preston Road corridor.
  • PlanoBordering the city to the south.
  • AllenEast, on the far side of Custer Road.

We keep the radius tight on purpose. A short drive between jobs is what lets a team arrive when it said it would.

Not right? Tell us within 24 hours

Every visit finishes with a walk-through, and that is the best moment to flag anything missed. If you only notice later, you have 24 hours to get in touch — we will come back and put the affected area right. No argument, no invoice for the return visit.

Common questions

Before you book

The questions we get asked most often, answered plainly.
Read every question

Which cleaning service do I actually need?

If the home is broadly maintained, a standard clean will reset it. If it has been a while, or the property is new to you, start with a deep clean and let standard or recurring visits hold that level afterwards. Moving house has its own services — move-in for an empty property you are taking on, move-out for one you are handing back.

Do you serve my part of Frisco?

Frisco is our home market and we work right across the city, from Stonebriar and Starwood through Panther Creek, Newman Village, Phillips Creek Ranch and the newer developments north of Eldorado. We also cover The Colony, Little Elm, Prosper, Plano and Allen.

How is a quote worked out?

Pricing depends on the size of the home, the number of bathrooms, which service you need and the condition the property is in. That is why we ask about the home rather than publishing a single number — you will have the figure confirmed before anything is booked.

What should I do before the team arrives?

Nothing is required. That said, clearing personal items off counters and floors and putting away anything valuable or fragile means more of the visit goes into cleaning rather than moving things. Let us know about any room you would rather we did not enter.

What about pets?

Pets are completely fine — just tell us they are there and how they usually react to visitors. If an animal is nervous around strangers or equipment, the simplest thing is to keep them in one room while the team works.
